The
Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce is an all-volunteer association
of business men and women that unites the business, industrial and professional
communities in efforts to benefit the local economy and to promote progress
and prosperity throughout the community.
Our
membership is making strides to become as diverse as the community
we represent. Our combined strength enables us to accomplish things
we could not do alone. There is strength in numbers, and that strength
helps us change the business climate in Woodburn.
How
can Chamber membership benefit your business? We provide networking
opportunities through programs like Business After Hours that help you
meet other local business men and women and make contact with your local
government representatives. We also promote the interests of local business
to state and local government.
Our
monthly Forum Lunches provide a vehicle for the community to
identify local issues and work together to find solutions. Special events
like the Distinguished Service Awards (DSA) Dinner and the Crystal Apple
Awards Dinner highlight business and education leaders representing
a thriving, diversified and volunteer-driven community.
Our
Visitor's Center responds to hundreds of inquiries every month
about local services, products and professionals, area and state-wide
attractions, as well as upcoming community events like the Woodburn
Tulip Festival and local attractions like the Woodburn Company Stores
and the Oregon Garden. We proudly practice a "members first"
policy when responding to requests for information about local services,
products and professionals.
